This CPU features a dual chiplet design with memory and I/O on the same die, capable of supporting up to 136 Arm Neoverse V3 cores within a 300 Watt TDP. Key specifications include support for 96 lanes of PCIe Gen 6, CXL 3.0, and DDR5-8800 memory. The initial announcement detailed three models: a 64-core version for maximum memory bandwidth, a cost-optimized 128-core model, and the flagship 136-core CPU.
